Thabang Matomela, founder of Ntsitsi’s Fun Food, joins the show to share the story of a proudly South African fast-food business that has been serving Soweto’s most authentic kasi cuisine for over 20 years. From a family-owned outlet to an established local brand with two branches in Diepkloof and Pimville, a strong presence on Uber Eats and approximately R250,000 in monthly revenue, Ntsitsi’s Fun Food has built a loyal following on the strength of its signature kotas, ribs and wings, dagwoods and wraps that taste exactly the way kasi food should.

With plans to expand through a mobile food trailer, corporate and private catering, additional Gauteng outlets and future franchising opportunities, Thabang is taking a 20-year legacy and building it into something even bigger, while staying true to the authentic taste that made Ntsitsi’s Fun Food a Soweto institution.
