Nikk Hughes is an Emotional Coder (it’s a thing), Coach and Speaker who works with individuals and organisations, helping them to improve performance across a broad range of roles, tasks, situations, environments and industries. Nikk is like no other guest we’ve had (in this space) in that, she has had to learn how to interact, connect, socialise and work optimally with others, while trying to understand and navigate her own challenges with Autism (ADHD, Asperger’s). She is brilliant, direct, funny, I love the way she breaks things down and she also has a unique take on emotional intelligence and regulation that was (mostly) new to me. She also doesn’t understand why people enjoy dancing. But she wants to. Enjoy.
