What is spirituality anyway? It seems like a pretty slippery concept. Ask ten ‘spiritual’ people to explain their version of it to you and you might come away more confused than you went in (I literally did and I was). Whatever it is, I’m more interested in what it looks like practically (behaviour, communication, connection, service, kindness) than I am in some warm-fuzzy theory. If it only equates to words and ideas, I’m out. But if there’s a loved-based practical component, I’m all about it. This is a chat about that. Enjoy.
