Personal development, self-help, human optimisation - they are all 'doing’ processes. Away from the products, programs, books, podcasts and workshops, personal development is something we do, not something we buy. Sometimes that 'doing' is messy, terrifying, uncomfortable and slow, but also... exactly what's required to achieve our goals and fulfil our potential.
