The movie "Oppenheimer" is tops at the Oscars with 13 Academy Award nominations. It tells the story of the Manhattan Project and the man who led that effort, J. Robert Oppenheimer.  Oak Ridge Historian, Ray Smith, talks about the role Oak Ridge played in the Manhattan Project, and the project's legacy.
