This week has been one of the hardest week in my life.  Having to deal with a tough project at work and the passing of one of my colleague, it made me ask the quotation… What would I do, if tomorrow is my last day? A very cliche question, but unless you experienced something like this, you probably won't take this question seriously. So I dedicated this episode to my colleague, his family and life.

Early on in her career she wasn o stranger to burnout from work.  Having experienced a quarter life crisis in her early 30s, Lala burnt everything down and started from scratch.

Since becoming a mum Lala noticed the lack of guidance and supports are available for corporate women to transition through various stages of their lives and how often she heard about other women talk about the loneliness that they feel as career women, partners wives, and working mums.

Now in her 40s, Lala has a strong desire to share her experiences as well as the experiences of other women around the world so others don't have to make the same mistakes again.

And hopefully bring able to provide the best life and freedom for themselves, as well as the family. It is her desire to support the modern day, corporate woman.
