In segment 3 Jack welcomes to the show Reagan Dugan, Project Manager for Higher Education.  He previously worked in Higher Education at his alma mater, Hillsdale College, and as a coach at the middle and high school level.  Jack and Reagan dive into Reagan's new Op-Ed titled:

 "Ohio State’s Leadership Choice Tests the Limits of Higher Ed Reform."  The Op-Ed talks about Ohio State's recent higher of the interim dean of the College of Education... a professor who sees our education system as a system of oppression.
