3:  State Rep Mark Johnson (R) joins The Windsor Report to talk prison reform.  He's the sponsor HB-338 Andy's Law, a comprehensive reform bill.  Representative Johnson says there's a tremendous amount of things wrong with our prison system.  He says Ohio won't allow canine drug-sniffing dogs because they "intimidate" the prisoners.  Visitors, Vendor Services, are just a few of the ways drugs get in.
