1-Thomas Massie: Talks about his support of Trump's EO on Birthright Citizenship... congress never approved of birthright citizenship. The 14th amendment never conferred citizenship.  "... subject to the Jurisdiction of the USA" only 
An amicus curiae ("friend of the court") brief is a legal document filed in appellate or trial courts by non-parties with a strong interest in a case, designed to influence decisions by offering specialized information, broader legal perspectives, or policy arguments not addressed by the main litigants. These briefs allow organizations, governments, or experts to highlight the wider societal impact of a potential ruling. 
2-Thomas Massie:  The US Census is broken... they count every "warm body" and use that number to assign House seats, but they should ONLY be counting actual US citizens.  This affect the Electoral College.  Then he talks about the midterm election-Dems have an 80% chance of re-taking the House.
