A new study has found workers are increasingly ditching the work from home trend that took off during the pandemic, and spending more time back in the office.

That’s probably good news for employers, because the same study found 42% of Australian employers want workers to return to the office for a particular number of days each week.

But as our time in the office is going up, something else is too - stress.
