For years, experts have been saying perth needs to go up, not out.

High density and Urban infill are the buzzwords we hear all the time… but I gotta say high density doesn’t sound nearly as appealing as a house with a backyard.

And that’s probably why the good folk of Perth don’t seem that interested in apartment living, when a 3 by 1 in the burbs beckons.

But that doesn’t come without consequences.
