The staffing crisis in WA schools has never been as bad as it is now.

That’s according to the teachers’ union, who have just commissioned an independent inquiry into why so many WA teachers are quitting.

It’s going to be headed up by former Labor Premier Carmen Lawrence, who’s expected to try and figure out exactly what the issues are. 

To tell us what to expect is Senior Vice President of the State School Teachers Union, Matt Jarman.
