A popular TV host has died aged 42, leaving loved ones “beyond heartbroken” over her sudden death.

Erin Jayne Plummer, who rose to fame on Studio 10, died over the weekend, with her cause of death yet to be publicly revealed.

Plummer leaves behind three young daughters.
