The rental market is the worst it’s been since records began.

According to consultancy SQM research, the vacancy rate in Perth sits at an all time low of 0.4 per cent.

That’s leading people, desperate to get a home to offer up to 20 per cent above the asking price.

This is being made worse by investors kicking out tenants to try and cash in on the Spring selling season.
