Travellers to Bali have been left in limbo - and angry - after Jetstar abruptly cancelled two Perth to Bali flights at the last minute - one was apparently while travellers were at the gate waiting to board.

It’s frustrating, and as we just heard from Roger Cook, it’s simply not good enough.
