The owners of a Kalgoorlie newsagency that won a share of a massive $63 million lotto syndicate win have purchased a sprawling property in Perth’s southern suburbs as part of their retirement plan.

Kevin and Tania Parkes, who own City News Kalgoorlie, shot to fame in February when they sold a $63 million lotto ticket as part of a local syndicate.

The husband and wife duo also claimed a stake in the massive win along with 249 other lucky locals.
