Despite security concerns, more than one thousand people gathered at a Perth synagogue on Wednesday night in an emotional display of solidarity with Israel after the Hamas militants’ bloody attack on the country.

Supporters joined together at the Perth Hebrew Congregation to pray, sing hymns and hear from community leaders as they grapple with the violence unfolding in Israel.
