Fremantle head of football Peter Bell has been replaced as the club looks to “improve outcomes” following a disappointing season and a spate of player departures.

Chief operating officer Joe Brierty will step into the key role when the Dockers’ AFLW season ends on Sunday, with a new position created for Bell as general manager of football talent, strategy and special projects.
