The iconic century-old Dingo Flour logo could soon pop up in Fremantle’s West End with Great Southern Flour Mills, which owns successful WA beer brand Dingo Lager, planning to open a pub at 47 Pakenham Street.

Pending approvals, the two-storey hospitality venue called Dingo Brewing Co. would open in late 2023 with a tavern licence on the site currently occupied by a former bait warehouse.

The development application describes the proposed 556sqm building as a “flagship venue” connecting Great Southern Flour Mills’ brands of farming, beef and beer to Fremantle.
