WA’s indoor mask rule will be scrapped from Friday under a lifting of restrictions announced by Health Minister Amber-Jade Sanderson.

Under the relaxed rules masks will not need to be worn, except on public transport and in rideshare cars, at airports, correctional facilities, hospitals and other health care buildings, including aged care.

In a big shake up to border controls, G2G requirements and third-dose vaccine requirements will be scrapped.
