Perth-born and bred cricket legend Justin Langer has opened up about the health struggles that almost forced him to quit cricket.
He was coaching the side at last year’s World Cup in England when he was suddenly floored by tinnitus, vertigo and vestibular migraines.
He said his first thought was that he had developed a tumour in his ear, like his dad Colin had 25 years earlier.
Brain scans thankfully ruled that out, but then had to deal with the debilitating side effects of tinnitus.
