Join us for an afternoon of music, movement, and meaningful connection at Hoedown for Hope, a country-western themed community event bringing together individuals and families impacted by Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias, ALS, stroke, brain injury, and other neurological changes.
