The South African Police Service met with the Acting Minister of Police, Firoz Cachalia yesterday in Pretoria to brief him on national and provincial plans aimed at ensuring the demonstrations are conducted safely and peacefully. The SAPS management led by Acting National Police Commissioner Puleng Dimpane also outlined security measures that will be put in place for the planned demonstrations on the 30th of June against undocumented foreign nationals.
