The Madlanga Commission has heard how Mpumalanga taxi boss Joe "Ferrari" Sibanyoni allegedly raised concerns with then Police Minister Bheki Cele about a cartel he believed was operating from the farm of late taxi boss Mswazi Msibi. Sibanyoni took the stand at the Madlanga Commission on Friday to testify about Msibi, attempted murder accused Vusimuzi "Cat" Matlala and murder accused Katiso "KT" Molefe. He was himself implicated at the Commission by suspended SAPS Sergeant Fannie Nkosi. Sibahle Motha reports
