Three judges have been shot dead in the Sinai just hours Egypt's first democratically elected President, Mohammad Morzi was sentenced to death by a court in Cairo. According to the UK's Independent, police say the judges were attacked while travelling in a car together in the city of al-Arish, Sinai. A fourth person and at least three others were reportedly injured in the assault as well. Morzi's punishment is for his role in a prison breakout during the Arab Spring uprising that toppled his predecessor Hosni Mubarak. This came out during President Cyril Ramaphosa's delivery of the party's January 8 Statement at Moruleng Stadium, outside Rustenburg YESTERDAY. The ANC's main 114th birthday celebrations were attended by thousands of party faithfuls, leaders from the alliance partners, as well as fraternal parties, which included Zanu-PF from Zimbabwe, Mozambique's Frelimo, MPLA of Angola and Namibai's ruling party, Swapo, as well as diplomats from Cuba, Venezuela and Palestine, among others.
