This week, KZN Department of Social Development MEC Mbali Shinga welcomed the newest members of the Department ,social workers, Child and Youth Care Workers, and Community Development Practitioners ready to serve on the frontlines. 102 social workers have been recruited and the department says this is milestone and that it is investing in the people who protect the most vulnerable in society.
