Analysts are divided over DA leader and Minister of Agriculture John Steenhuisen's request for President Cyril Ramaphosa to replace Minister of Environment, Forestry and Fisheries, Dion George. Some have called it a routine coalition negotiation, while others warned that it blurs the lines of the president's constitutional powers.
