2025 has proved to be a challenging year for the Judicial Commission of Inquiry into allegations regarding efforts to stop the investigation or prosecution of Truth and Reconciliation Commission cases. Established at the end of May, the Commission, chaired by former Constitutional Court Judge Sisi Khampepe, has been embroiled in legal and administrative technicalities - resulting in not a single case being heard and it being extended for a further six months.  Busi Bopela reflects on Inquiry's short and difficult journey.....
