ActionSA has filed a complaint to the Public Protector over alleged state capture-esque conduct by Tony Leon's firm, Resolve Communications. The party claims the firm may have improperly linked government officials to clients, including Starlink. This comes after the chairperson of the Communications Committee, Khusela Sangoni Diko, wrote a letter to the Communications and Digital Technologies Minister Solly Malatsi, requesting clarification on allegations contained in recent media reports about engagements between Resolve Communications, owned by Tony Leon, Starlink and Malatsi.
