It's common to come up with a myriad of excuses as to why you can't go to the gym a few times a week, why you can't make a balanced meal instead of eating out, the list goes on.
Quite honestly, almost anyone can spare 15 minutes out of the day to go for a walk or run, but instead we'll spend 30 minutes trying to come up with a good reason not to.
