Vince describes the scene voting early this morning in Fairfax, Virginia.  Vince speaks with Corey about the energy at the polls.  Vince speaks with Hung Cao, Retired Navy combat veteran and Republican nominee for U.S. Senate about early voting kicking of in Virginia today.  Cao will be rallying with Governor Youngkin this afternoon at 4pm in Virginia Beach.  Joe Biden held a cabinet meeting for the first time in eleven months and Jill Biden was the main speaker.
