Bob Menendez was found guilty this week of being a foreign agent.  Cory Booker says he will lead the effort to expel Bob Menendez.  Nearly two thirds of Democrats think Joe Biden should withdraw from the race.  Biden leaves the door open of exiting the race if a “medical condition” comes up.  The DNC has delayed its official nomination of Joe Biden.  Vince speaks with Margot Cleveland, Senior Legal Correspondent at The Federalist about Joe Biden’s plan to rally the base by imposing limits on the Supreme Court.
