The DOJ has indicted an Alaska man for making over 400 violent threats against six Supreme Court Justices.  The indictment doesn’t say which Justices, but the suspect has donated to Act Blue.  The defendant imagines about a “hanging” Donald Trump and Clarence Thomas.  Vince speaks with Michael Whatley, Chairman of the RNC about early voting in Virginia and to discuss election integrity efforts leading up to election day. Nancy Pelosi says the Democrats held an open primary. President Biden claims he has never spoken with Jerome Powell since he became President, even though he’s met with him in the Oval Office.
