In the first hour of The Vince Coglianese Show, the Supreme Court strikes down affirmative action ruling that it’s illegal to consider race when it comes to collegiate applications. Michelle Obama, who’s privileged children would benefit from affirmative action, disagrees with the decision. Vince speaks with Ilya Shapiro, Senior Fellow and Director of Constitutional Studies at the Manhattan Institute about this morning’s SCOTUS ruling that race cannot be considered when determining a student’s college application.
