Emerging researchers will share research that responds to real-world concerns. As the next generation of social science researchers, presenting their work at the conference will also help develop their science communication capabilities.

The HSRC’s senior researchers will act as mentors before and during the conference to support the capacity development and growth of emerging researchers.
