WHAT ARE THE LAWS AND PROCEDURES THAT SHOULD BE APPLIED AND CONSIDERED WHEN DROPPING CRIMINAL OR CIVIL CHARGES AGAINST A PERSON? 

Criminal procedures remain complex to those who are faced with the unfornate situation of having to turn to the law to seek justice. 

They can also be cumbersome and expensive which can result in the complaint dropping the case. 

Though the law does have room for one to drop a criminal or civil charge, there are also limitations.

We're in conversation with Dr David Harrison, the CEO of the DG Murray Trust. He believes that if children are not out on the national development agenda, South Africa will  not achieve the NDP’s targets of economic growth and productivity. 

He is of the view that, inorder to increase employment rates be need to build human capabilities couple with quality education.
