Stoppage Time

On this episode of The Victor Armendariz Show, Victor Armendariz discusses the upcoming midterms, President Trump’s leadership and foreign policy, and his opposition to long-term tariffs, arguing that Trump is the right president for the current moment despite disagreements over economic policy. He shares stories from a recent trip to Las Vegas, encourages listeners to take breaks from politics and enjoy time with family, and discusses the new Tesla Roadster, skepticism about UFO claims, and a tragic school shooting in Oregon. Victor also highlights the role of an armed citizen in stopping the shooter and argues that the incident underscores the importance of the Second Amendment. He then plays clips of prominent Democrats discussing immigration in earlier years, setting up his argument that the party has changed dramatically.

During Stoppage Time, Victor expands on those clips, featuring past comments from Bernie Sanders, Chuck Schumer, Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama about open borders, illegal immigration and border enforcement. He contrasts their earlier statements with what he describes as the Democratic Party’s current positions, arguing that voters who support Democrats out of family tradition should reconsider whether the party still represents their values. Victor criticizes what he sees as the party’s growing alignment with socialism and radical Islam, urges Republicans to use Democrats’ own words in campaign advertising, and encourages listeners to think independently rather than blindly support either party. He closes by urging listeners to share the episode with friends and coworkers, stay informed, and make time to enjoy their families and the country they call home.
