Today marks the 4-year anniversary of Russia's illegal invasion of Ukraine, which began one day after the 2022 Winter Olympics' Closing Ceremonies. Today, Prime Minister Carney announced further aid to Ukrainian forces, while also adding new sanctions on Russia.
