Today, we celebrate a remarkable woman who has broken barriers, inspired change and influence spans business, finance, and social impact.
Faith Khanyile, a seasoned businesswoman and director of public and private companies, brings over 25 years of expertise in corporate and investment banking, structured finance and social impact investing. A founding member of WDB Investment Holdings, Faith has played a pivotal role in advancing women’s empowerment in South Africa’s economy. Under her leadership, WDB Investment Holdings became a beacon for promoting the participation of women, particularly black women, in the financial and corporate sectors.
Faith is also an active member of the International Women’s Forum South Africa, advocating for greater representation of women in leadership roles across business and government. The International Women’s Forum South Africa (IWFSA), recently hosted its third annual Hall of Femme Awards at the Marriot Hotel in Melrose Arch, the event shined the spotlight on three women who have led with courage, grace, and purpose; Monica Geingos, former First Lady of Namibia; Wendy Ackerman, co-founder of Pick n Pay Holdings; and Dr. Naledi Pandor, South Africa’s former Minister of International Relations and Cooperation.
