An alleged family dispute relating to the custody of children turned ugly at Matsediso Primary School in Katlehong on Monday when well-known self-proclaimed Prophet Mboro – real name Paseka Motsoeneng – of Incredible Happenings Ministries in Katlehong, and 2 other men wielding weapons (specifically pangas and an AK-47 rifle) are seen swinging pangas to stop teachers and community members from intervening.

A number of videos have gone viral on social media of the disturbing incident and has sparked outrage and concern among parents and the community, highlighting the need for stricter security measures in schools to ensure the safety of students and staff.

The incident has raised serious questions about the enforcement of legal guardianship and the protection of children in educational institutions.
