A substation fire has caused widespread blackouts at Heathrow. Hundreds of flights are currently being forced to divert including a Quantus flight from Perth which is being re rooted to Paris. Aviation analyst Jeffrey Thomas says Heathrow handles about a quarter of a million passengers a day.
