In this episode of The She Said It First Podcast, hosts Jerrilyn Lake aka Indeskribeabull and Lynee’ Monae discuss a variety of topics, but first Lynee’ and Jerrilyn tell the fans What Irritated Them This Week. Today, Lynee’ traveled to Atlanta, and the ladies are in person and that is part of What Irritated Lynee’. Waking up at 4 AM, putting full make up on and going to the airport. She also had a turbulent plane ride. But What Irritated Jerrilyn, is the visit to the gynecologist. Every time she goes, she knows what is going to happen, but still wants to fight that lady.  

The Pop the Ballon Show has come to Netflix, and Jerrilyn and Lynee’ have expressed their displeasure about how the show was overly produced. They spoke about how it was done on YouTube and was for us, and by us, it had a certain appeal. It seems now when big business has come along it has become what some say is white-washed. Jerrilyn and Lynee’ then spoke about the owner of Slutty Vegan, Pinky Cole, having to buy her business back after she lost control. They spoke about keeping the right people around you.

Jerrilyn and Lynee’ then spoke about Mike Tyson’s fight with Jake Paul. They commended a 58-year-old man getting in a ring for eight rounds with a Jake Paul who is 27 years old. While Tyson lost, did he really lose with $20 million.  

Jerrilyn and Lynee’ also spoke about a college student in Michigan who used the Google AI chatbot, Gemini, and the message the student got back was very disturbing. The chatbot told the student to die among other things and Jerrilyn and Lynee’ discussed how dangerous AI could be for young people. They also went into the topic of having it all. This comes from a conversation with Tia Mowry and her TV mom, Jackee Harry. They said it is not possible to have the man, the money, the kids, and be happy. Also, Jerrilyn and Lynee’ spoke to the talented internet sensation, Tony Talks. He talked about how he got his start and where he draws his inspiration. Jerrilyn and Lynee’ also did Sista 2 Sista along with Tony Talks.

The conversation then shifts to the Olympics, specifically the controversy surrounding Jordan Childs' bronze medal being taken away due to a challenge technicality. They question the fairness of the decision and the potential role of racism in the judging process.
