For Tracy Dubb, acne was a huge insecurity that led her down the futile path of trying to have “flawless skin.”  In her thirties, she came to realize that flawless skin shouldn’t be the goal, but rather REALISTIC SKIN YOU FEEL GOOD ABOUT SHOULD! In pursuit of trying to ditch expensive products that don’t work, she wanted to make TRUTHFUL BEAUTY products that are honest + transparent. She left behind investment banking to start ISLA BEAUTY. At Isla, Tracy works directly with the chemists to create “recipes” the consumer can trust at fair prices. She believes the industry needs to be held accountable and she’s leading the path to a better way.
