While Arielle’s life is now filled with meditation, grain free cookies, and granola, that was not always the case. From age 18-28, Arielle was in and out of rehab, addicted to pills and alcohol, and has far too many near death experiences, including being there to find a friend who had been murdered. Arielle has turned her life around, sharing her why, and how she stays grounded every single day and how she gained the confidence to be her true self.
