Amid expectation that the Appeals Court in New York is expected to side with Donald Trump in the nearly $500 million case against him, prosecutor Letitia James is expected to face serious consequences for her actions. The news comes just as Rep. Elise Stefanik files a 64-page letter with the Professional Committee of Attorneys in New York demanding that Letitia James be disbarred.
