The President is lying to America as he tries to convince voters that his $3.5 trillion bill will cost "zero" dollars. This, as video surfaces of the Democratic congressman currently serving as the head of the U.S. Budget Committee saying, "We don't have to balance our checkbooks. We are like the banker in monopoly. We create the money. Everyone else plays the game with it."
