For years, Luca Lapenna was his own biggest obstacle. The Gold Coast local and owner of Aesthetic Tile & Stone grew from a one-man operation into a business employing multiple crews, yet behind the growth were impulsive decisions, constant distractions and what he calls “shiny light syndrome”.
