State Rep. Justin Pearson has filed a federal lawsuit against the Memphis City Council alleging that he was unfairly banned from two upcoming meetings. Pearson had been punished for his role in last week’s massive disruption. Pearson claimed he was innocent — but failed to explain why he showed up in the council chambers with a bullhorn.

Fox News Channel is predicting a major disaster for the Republicans in the midterm elections. Honestly, this is journalistic malpractice. As I warned you, don’t listen to any of the attacks or the polls leading up to Election Day.

David Hatley’s self-funded, independent run for the governor’s mansion is gaining steam across West Tennessee. Hatley has invested even more of his own money into the campaign. Meanwhile, Sen. Marsha Blackburn’s team unleashed a new ad attacking Hatley’s character. Who are you voting for in the governor’s race?

Don’t believe a single poll out there, folks. There is a concerted effort among pollsters to demoralize Republican voters. All candidates should be campaigning like they are 20 points behind. And every Republican voter has an obligation to vote a straight party ticket. We must stop the Communist insurgency.

Early voting begins today in Tennessee for the 2026 state and federal general elections. Early voting runs through Oct. 29. Election Day is November 3. Do your part to save the Republic and stop the Communist and Islamic insurgency.

Brace yourself for impeachments if the Democrats win the midterm elections. Hegseth, RFK, Jr. and the president himself. That’s why we have to get the base out to vote.

State Rep. Justin Pearson posted a message noting that he only celebrates “Indigenous Peoples Day.” President Trump described Pearson as one of the most radical Democrat candidates in the nation. We are curious as to why Pearson celebrates indigenous people who slaughtered their enemies and took slaves?

I have an observation for all the folks celebrating "Indigenous Peoples Day." Now the media and the academic community would have you believe that the American Indian tribes all lived in peaceful harmony – dancing in the fields and frolicking with the bison. It was all rainbows and unicorns until the white man showed up. At least that’s the far left’s narrative. But the reality is a bit different. A good many of the so-called "Indigenous People" groups in America were savage killers who slaughtered women and children. And many of the American Indian tribes actually enslaved their enemies. Take the Comanche for example. Historians say they slaughtered thousands of other "Indigenous People" and enslaved many women and children. You don't hear much about that in public school classrooms or in the national media. They sort of gloss over all the killing and slave trading. Doesn’t fit their narrative. And that's why when a university egghead wishes me a "Happy Indigenous Peoples Day," I politely invite them to blow it out their peace pipe.

President Trump tore into State Rep, Justin Pearson at his rally over the weekend — calling the Democrat one of the most radical candidates in the nation. Coming up on today’s show, interviews with State Sen. Brent Taylor (R-Eads) and Mayor Chaz Molder (D-Columbia). Also, Russell Lindeman joins us from Theatre Memphis to promote the upcoming musical, “Million Dollar Quartet."

It was 17 years ago that Nidal Hasan waged jihad on American soil. He slaughtered 13 people at Fort Hood in 2009. More than 30 others were wounded. On December 3rd, Hasan will meet his Maker.War Secretary Pete Hegseth announcing that the Muslim terrorist will be executed by firing squad. If carried out, it would be the first U.S. military execution since 1961 and the first by a military firing squad since 1945. Hegseth also announced the execution would be livestreamed. That announcement brought widespread condemnation from many conservatives and religious leaders. Erick Erickson compared it to the pagan Roman Empire and suggested the Trump administration relished the public spectacle of executions. He quoted Proverbs and said we should not gloat when our enemy falls. I completely disagree with that assessment. The Bible clearly states that executions were to be public and communal to purge evil from the community and to serve as a deterrent. And there is a whole lot of evil that needs purging in America.

Justin Pearson, the Democrat nominee for Tennessee’s Ninth Congressional District, prayed to “Mother God” and quoted a black liberation theology expert who said Jesus is a gay black woman. Pearson is basically James Talarico with an afro.

State Rep. Justin Pearson quoted a black liberation theologian who says Jesus is black, gay woman. Pearson also delivered a prayer at a Memphis church in the name of “Mother God.” Does Pearson represent the values of the Ninth Congressional District? Somebody needs to tell Pearson that Jesus ain’t no lesbian.

Fox News anchor Sean Hannity said he was "pressured" to push Covid-19 vaccines on his viewers, even though he was uncomfortable doing so "I was being pressured — pressured — to tell my audience to take the jab," Hannity said. "And I'm like, 'I'm not a doctor. I'm just not. I don't know anything about your health, I don't know anything about your preexisting conditions, your current condition, comorbidities you may have, and I don't know anything about this shot.'"

Brace yourself for polling data that shows the Republicans losing in a blue tsunami. The disinformation campaign has commenced. The only issue is whether or not Republican voters will cast ballots on Election Day. If we do, we win. If not, get ready for impeach-a-palooza.

The new Shelby County Property Assessor painted a very dire picture of the county’s tax base. He says most of the downtown high-rises are empty, thousands of citizens have fled the city and even hotels are shuttering - which has to raise eyebrows seeing how City Hall spent more than $20 million to purchase the dilapidated downtown Sheraton. In other words, get ready for a big tax increase, Shelby County!

Every vote will be important in just 29 days...guest host Jeff Stein has a suggestion about how fellow patriots can make sure no voter is left behind this election.

Voters who are unhappy say they will vote in November to "send a message" to the political elites...but guest host Jeff Stein says to be careful about what message you are actually sending.

Fox News broadcast an interview with an Ole Miss student who made all sorts of allegations against the police department. She said that she was drugged at an Oxford bar and just tossed onto the street. But it turns out the official police report and body cam footage contradict all of her allegations. There are also rumors that a number of students have died as a result of drug overdoses and the university is engaged in a coverup. First, shame on Fox News for doing a shoddy job in reporting from Ole Miss and causing hysteria. Second, we will provide you with actual facts and details.

President Trump defied a court order demanding that he allow propagandists from CNN, Politico and MS NOW to enter the White House. The anti-Trump news organizations are now asking for emergency relief.

Judge Judy says anyone who hates America is more than welcome to leave. We love Judge Judy! She’s an American patriot!

Republicans are mounting a massive campaign to stop David Hatley from pulling off what could be one of the most explosive upsets in modern Tennessee politics. Hatley is running as a self-funded Independent. He joins KWAM in studio today.

33 percent of Democrats say they would be okay if President Trump was assassinated at a rally. Even more Democrats said they would be okay if the president died in his sleep. The Democrats are now behaving just like Communists.

A Memphis man is facing multiple counts of aggravated assault and vandalism after he opened fire on a thug who was trying to steal his car. The car was parked in the man’s driveway. The thug was shot twice and is in critical condition at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital. Neighbors say the homeowner is a good, hardworking man.

Fox News has joined other networks to declare war on President Trump for banning CNN, PMS Now and Politico from the White House. I tried to tell you that there’s literally no difference between the newsroom at Fox and CNN. Trump should shut down the press briefing room and restore it back to its original use — a swimming pool.

Mayor Young pushes back on leftists at the Congressional Black Caucus who are enraged that he is not doing more to stop Elon Musk. Young points out that Memphis needs the revenue Musk’s projects are creating. On today’s morning show, U.S. Sen. Marsha Blackburn, Ninth Congressional District candidate Brent Taylor and Lakeland mayoral candidate Connie McCarter.

Many Republicans are secretly plotting against President Trump. They want to end the America First movement once and for all. What say you?

There is a war raging within the Democrat Party in Memphis. Progressives are enraged that Mayor Paul Young is not vocally opposing the work of the Memphis Safe Task Force. They are also enraged over his lack of opposition to Elon Musk. Musk is trying to make Memphis matter by bringing jobs and upgrading dilapidated schools. Democrats rage against anyone who wants to stop criminal thugs in Memphis.

Vice President JD Vance is making his case for voters - begging Republicans to give them another chance to get it right. Do Republicans deserve another chance?

Radical Democrats led by a Memphis attorney have declared war on Mayor Paul Young - accusing him of being a “House N***a” for Elon Musk. They also are enraged because Young won’t remove the Memphis Safe Task Force from the City.

An atheist has filed a federal lawsuit demanding that Los Angeles remove a historic cross and nativity from the city’s historic district.

Memphis and Shelby County owe President Trump a deep debt of gratitude for creating the Memphis Safe Task Force. Today, we are putting together a compilation of KWAM listeners publicly thanking our president for making Memphis safe again. More than 13,000 arrests and the violent crime rate has plunged by almost 50 percent. It’s remarkable.

The Supreme Court on Monday left intact a lower court decision that blocked the U.S. Postal Service from enforcing new regulations for mail voting, rejecting the Trump administration's effort to move forward with the rules in the run-up to the November midterm elections. The Republican-controlled Senate refused to pass the Save America Act - meaning there’s a very good chance there will be voter fraud in the midterm elections. President Trump called the SCOTUS ruling a bad decision for Republicans.

It’s pretty clear that Sen. John Cornyn is using his power and influence and money to sabotage GOP races in Texas — including the U.S. Senate race. This is typical RINO behavior.

JUST IN: At least 4 teens were arrested at the Delta Fair & Music Festival after mobs of black teens caused stampedes and fights. Law enforcement had to temporarily suspend the fair until order could be restored. Both city and county leaders have allowed the “teens” to destroy our malls, entire neighborhoods, our parks and downtown is on the verge of disaster. City Hall shut down Tom Lee Park on weekend nights for “safety issues.” What’s your solution for stopping the violence? Because more basketball courts and community centers aren’t working.

Mayor Zohran Mamdani and Rep. AOC were caught on camera laughing with great gusto while the names of the fallen were being read at the 9/11 memorial in New York City. As I told you, this man only wanted to attend the ceremony to gloat, not mourn.

Parents are raising questions after someone posted an offensive post about 9/11 on the Bartlett High School Facebook page. Instead of commemorating 9/11, the school announced they would be celebrating “Independence Recognition Day. As many critics pointed out, 9/11 is not about celebrating the Fourth of July. The post has since been removed.

Far Left students are hosting parties to mock the assassination of Charlie Kirk and to celebrate the one-year anniversary of his murder. These are sick deviants. They belong in a mental hospital, not a taxpayer funded university.

There is national outrage after reports surfaced that students at the University of Tennessee - Knoxville were planning parties to celebrate the one-year anniversary of the assassination of Charlie Kirk. The university has officially weighed in as well. Watch our show this morning!

MAGA voters are upset over high gas prices, high grocery prices and the war in Iran. Will the two-day convention be enough to rally the base?

We discuss today with political pundit Steve Gill. Also, Democrat gubernatorial candidate Jerri Green drops by to challenge Marsha Blackburn to a debate.
