A town hall meeting hosted by Austin City Council members Chito Vela & Natasha Harper-Madison went off the rails, Texas Democrats have fled the state to break quorum as the legislature prepares to redraw district lines and an arrest has been made in connection to a shooting at a park in Leander that left one man dead.
