What happens to parliament at the end of a sitting administration?

View descriptionShare

The last day of the sixth parliament was on Tuesday the 21st of May. So we thought to talk to them about what happens in a period like this? What happens to the outstanding Bills that were not finalised and also what major changes take place? Ever wondered how seats are allocated after parties win elections? The process of swearing in new MPs? Quite a lot to deal with in the beginning of the new administration and to educate us on how it works and how preparations for a new administration unfold,

Guest: Mr Masibulele Xaso, Secretary to the National Assembly.
